       CubicZirconiaWholesale.com has a minimum order amount of $200. All international orders have a minimum order amount of $300. No orders will be released if a past due balance exists.

       CubicZirconiaWholesale.com accepts VISA/Master Card, Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers and PayPal payments. Credit Card Authorization Form must be filled and signed if using credit card payment.
       International orders can be proceeded with PayPal or Wire Transfer payment only.

       For back/manufacturing orders CubicZirconiaWholesale.com will collect 25% of the order amount as a security deposit at the date of the order and the rest is due when the order is ready to be shipped.

       CubicZirconiaWholesale.com reserves the right to correct any errors found on the website, price lists, catalogs or invoices. All stated weights are approximate and may vary within a minimum percentage.

       CubicZirconiaWholesale.com regularly processes and ships orders within 1-3 business days from the date of confirmed order. During holidays due to high volume of orders the processing and shipping time might be delayed.
       For back-orders CubicZirconiaWholesale.com needs 30 days to produce and import the requested products.

       UPS Next Day Air
       UPS Second Day;
       UPS 3 Day Select;
       UPS Ground Service (4-6 business days)

       International orders CubicZirconiaWholesale.com ships with DHL only.

       Shipping charges depend on order weight, order amount and shipping option.

       All orders except for manufacturing/back orders and products from the Silver Chains category, are eligible for return only if there are manufacturing defects, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if they were erroneously sent to a customer.

      All manufacturing/back orders and products from the Silver Chains category are eligible for returns only if there are manufacturing defects. The return must be made within 7 days.

       All returns are subject to approval by CubicZirconiaWholesale.com and must include copy of the original invoice. CubicZirconiaWholesale.com is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.

       All returns must be made within 7 days except for the returns that qualify for the New Customer return policy (please ask your sales representative for details).

       All orders except for manufacturing/back orders and products from the Silver Chains category, are eligible for exchange within 90 days. This policy allows our buyers to purchase without any risk and try to sell the merchandise. If there is designs that they cannot sell, they can feel free to exchange them with other designs.
